Kathy Steele received two awards this year from the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation. The first is the Cornelia B. Wilbur Award for outstanding clinical contributions to the field, and the second is the Pierre Janet Writing Award, which she receive along with her co-authors, Suzette Boon, PhD and Onno van der Hart, PhD for their book, “Coping with Trauma-Related Dissociation: Skills Training for Patients and Therapists” (W.W. Norton, 2011).
